The cooking at Gimbals is modern and rustic, using simple, local and some wild ingredients.
Menus are seasonally inspired to create exciting dishes by the artisan chefs.
Upstairs at Gimbals you will find a chic lounge, where you can enjoy a lighter
menu or relax with aperitifs, wine or coffee.
There is a yearly competition asking customers to vote for there favourite restaurant by
nominating them for ‘readers’ restaurant of the year awards 2015.
